Not sure if this is still relevant, but the official instructions pointed to this group, so I'll follow them. :)
I found a way to put myself in an unwinnable state in Inevitable (https://ifdb.org/viewgame?id=cefpt9ubleq41v3w), as opposed to what the author claims in the ABOUT text. It is below, slightly obfuscated. If the author ever reads this: great game, thank you for making it!
