Over on rec.arts.int-fiction, I suggested that the games people like
don't cluster in any predictable way, with the caveat that some
data points would be nice. This survey is an attempt to collect them.
Will this produce results that would satisfy a statistician? No way --
the sample will be self-selected, the pool of games may have some
unforeseen bias, etc. But at least it'd be a starting point.

So here's what you do. For each of the games below, replace the
blank with one of the following responses:

++ : loved the game
+ : liked the game
- : didn't like the game
-- : hated the game
0 : played it but have no opinion at all
__ : didn't play it (ie, leave the blank alone)

Then mail your responses to clu...@adamcadre.ac, and we'll see if any
clusters make themselves known -- whether certain games nearly always
appear in the same category, or if one pair never does... that sort of
thing.

This is not a contest. There will be no indication of which games
received the "best" or the "worst" scores. The *only* information
being sought is whether certain games tend to appear together on
people's like/dislike lists. Returned surveys will be kept strictly
confidential. And a hearty thank-you to those who do reply!

Thanks for posting this questionnaire. It reinforces the impression
I've been forming lately that I simply must play some more IF games!

I've only played 11 of the 40 games in your sample. (I sent my
response back anyway for what its worth. :-)
