Hey, it's April 1 where I really am, even if it isn't at my news server
yet.

And with that in mind, I am proud to announce:

_Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring (Atari VCS Edition)_,
available for your retrogaming pleasure at http://www.fsf.net/stella/

Please note that this is the full version of the introductory game
available in the IntroComp, so, uh, if you were going to vote in the
IntroComp, please play all the games and vote before downloading and
playing the full edition.

For those of you who don't know what this is: it's a rendition of
_Fellowship of the Ring_, as implemented in a text adventure, for the
Atari 2600. It's all explained at http://www.fsf.net/stella/manual.html

Also, I will be uploading it to ifarchive when I get a chance. Also
check Atari Age (http://www.atariage.com) who should be putting it up
sometime, and Hozer Video (see the manual) if you really want a real
cartridge.
