IGS Update:


Nihon Ki-in US-JAPAN EXPO '96

The Nihon Ki-in is participating in the US-JAPAN EXPO '96 at the Los Angeles
Convention Center in California. The Nihon Ki-in scheduled event will take
place on Nov 28, 30, and Dec 1 (Los Angeles, California, US local time, PST).
The theme will be "Go & Interent".

Nov. 29 (Fri) 2pm PST USA [Nov. 30 (Sat) 7am IGS local time]
Simultaneous teaching games (3-4 hours) by Michael Redmond 8p in Tokyo.
On IGS, he will be using the names: Redmond, RedmondM, MichaelR

Nov. 30 (Sat) PST USA [Dec. 01 (Sun) IGS local time]
Cheng Ming-chi 7 Dan Pro will comment on a special 'Pair Go' game between
and American and Dutch team. Player names and times will be announced later.

Dec. 01 (Sun) [Dec. 02 (Mon) IGS local time]
Friendship matches on IGS with person at the Los Angeles Convention
Center, on IGS. They will be on IGS as LA1, LA2, and LA3. The times will
be announced later.
