Installing cgoban3 (for KGS) on Linuxes

I've put a mostly-automatic installer for cgoban3 at https://stromberg.dnsalias.org/~strombrg/install-cgoban3/

It attempts to install on any modern Linux, though I've only tested it on Debian and Fedora.

It provides a shell command, "cgoban3", and it adds itself to your desktop environment's menus.
