visualizing go problems

Two different ways to visualize problem 1298 from www.goproblems.com:

(Warning: These graphics are huge and they can be scaled in IE by
keeping the control
key pressed while turning the mousewheel.)

First suggestion: For diagram images, which (as with these images)
typically have simple shapes and a limited colour palette, don't use the
JPEG format; instead use PNG, which will be both higher-fidelity and
lower file size.

I've saved them as png to try it out, but it didn't seem to make that
much of a difference in filesize/fidelity (as the jpgs were already
saved at high fidelity).

Imageshack wouldn't even let me upload the graphic as a png file
(maybe it dislikes bigger png files).
