kProGoR - ratings of top players

Hello,

I have reinstalled the ratings of professional and strong amateur
players (ProGoR) that I computed few years ago. You can see the
current rating ladder at http://www.goweb.cz/progor (switch language
in the top right corner if you get to the Czech version). The ordering
of players is reasonable for players from the same country. It does
not work so well for international ordering due to differences in
national ranking systems. The system used to compute the ratings is
moreless the same as the one used by the EGF.
