What is the best place for a foreigner to play Go in Kyoto?

I learned Go while watching Hikaru no Go and those saloons where you can find people playing Go. Since I plan to be in Kyoto for two weeks I'd like to spend some time playing Go. What is the best and friendly place for a foreigner to play Go in Kyoto?
