Kingdom of Champions Darkwing for Hero System 4th editon RPG

While the Kingdom of Champions suppliment for the Champions RPG may be
one of my favorite books, it does have one major flaw... it has
numerous character writeups who are simply written in shorthand.. it
would say just take character X and make Y changes... is all you get
as a writeup for many of the characters. Sure it saves room, but I
want full character sheets.

So I decided to start writing up FULL character sheets for the
characters in the book that are only written in short hand.

Darkwing here is one of the minor villains in the back of the book.
He's an evil clone-brother to the British super hero Goldwing, but was
raised by Nazis to take over the world. Insert evil laughter here...

Darkwing was given one set of rules for calculating his character
sheet in the Kingdom of Champions book, then when the errata for
Kingdom of Champions was released they changed it. So here I'm
providing BOTH version of the villain Darkwing. The first is a lower
point character, as he originally appeared (some skills, medium stats,
flying suit), the second is a higher point version (more skills,
higher stats, and a VPP) as he appeared in the errata.
