TFPrime Smokescreen for Hero 4th editon RPG

My latest conversion of a Transformers character to Hero 4th edition
RPG rules is Smokescreen from the Transformers Prime cartoon. I based
on the conversion on his tech spec numbers, gudging his size based on
the characters as they appear on the show, and gave him weapons based
on both what he has used on the show and came with as a toy.
I added his blasters, the "magnetic smoke" described in his bio for
one toy. I even added his Beast Hunters weapons. I didn't write up the
"Phase Shifter" as I'm writing up the Iacon artifacts seperately. I
did provide a 250 vehicle slot for his "Sky Claw" ship in the
Cyberverse line.
