Classic Traveller Facsimile Edition currently free at dtrpg.

Reviews say the scan/OCR aren't great, but free, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ?

Looking through the PDF it's mostly readable, some headings aren't perfect.
I'd be disappointed if I'd paid the full price. It's very text heavy with
little black and white line artwork, probably a reflection of the time it was
made.

When I ran a Classic Traveller Campaign I used The Traveller Book. That
was my all-in-one solution. I'm not enough of a Traveller nerd to know
what the differences are. I suspect there weren't many? Chris Kubasik
has an opinion, though: https://talestoastound.wordpress.com/2015/10/30/
