How to define Possession in this way?

I wanted to define a Possession power in an unusual way, that I could not
figure out entirely, although partially I did.

* Your own body is left behind, and cancellation is possible, similar to
Telecontrol (but there are some differences explained below).

* You can only possess your own Puppets, all of which are same kind of
creatures than each other. (This seems easily enough: use modifiers Puppet
Only [-30%] and Specialized [-40%].)

* This power can be used from anywhere, regardless of distance, even in a
different universe as long as it is not more than one quantum away. (I
don't know how to do this range properly, but for other universes, it seem
like World-Spanning [+100%] would do, but it should be limited to not more
than one quantum, which might slightly lower its value, maybe.)

* You will need a item which acts as a key to possess that specific Puppet.
(If it is stolen, then your possession is cancelled.) (I would think that
the gadget limitations apply in this case, but to which advantages? Puppet?
Possession? etc? What if you have a group of Puppets (each of which has its
own key item)?)

* There is a random delay before the possession works (during which time you
can do other stuff), of approximately ten seconds (possibly more if they are
in a different timeline/universe/plane/world than you).

* If you are sleeping or unconscious (either your own body or your host
body) then it is automatically cancelled. (It is also cancelled if the host
dies; it might or might not kill you too depending on the damage.) (I think
this would be While Conscious [-5%].)

* Cancelling voluntarily (without falling asleep) is difficult, but it is
possible; it takes some time and a success roll.

* You cannot use this possession power if it is already active; you must
cancel it first before using it again.

* You have only partial access to the host's memory. You will know what the
host was doing and perceiving just before the possession was activated, and
can try to access other memories with a IQ roll (only once per memory) at
-1 per hour since they were actively thinking about that or perceiving that
(this is always a more severe penalty than usual Possession, since the time
since you started the possession counts).

* After you cancel, the host is not stunned; they can act immedately, and
can remember what happened using the same rules for memory access above,
but only the memory during the time during possession can be accessed in
this way.

* If the host body is damaged while possession, then your own body may
also be damaged, as for Parasitic, even though you are not physically
present inside the host body. (You will also be damaged if the host dies,
but the damage might or might not be sufficient to kill you, depending on
how much damage was caused.)

* Also similarly than Parasitic (but different), food the host eats while
you possess them can feed you as well as them, so will have to eat twice
as much as usual.
