Split Personality

Under the 4e rules, physical advantages don't change when an alter is
control of a character with the Split Personality disad. What would be a
good way to add this? Some characters seem to have different physical
abilities in their other self (Bruce Banner/Hulk, Niki/Jessica from Heroes).

Link it with some form of Shapeshifting, presumably.

Limit them to "only when personality X is in charge".

To use Niki as a specific example, it seems that Niki and Jessica have
different ST scores. Jessica also has the Bloodlust and Sadism disads.
