Try ftp.mpgn.com or jove.cs.pdx.edu
Jove was just nailed by TSR recently, so I don't know if they're going
to get their DnD resources back, but they support other frps.

No, the AD&D materials will never return. Due to their threats I
removed 70 megs (yes, seventy!) of stuff. I welcome contributions of
materials for other game systems, and encourage their use. I'll
probably switch to FUDGE, myself; that should avoid most problems
incurred by clueless companies and lawyers with too much free time.
