Would wands or scrolls or potions count for this? What about spell-like
abilities?
My guesses would be no, no and no. And no.
Spinner
"At the master's option, he may have any spell (but not any spell-like
ability) he casts on himself also affect his familiar" (SRD, Classes).
So that's a definite no for spell-like abilities. As for magic items:
A spell completion item "is a spell that is mostly finished .... All
that's left to do is perform the finishing parts of the spellcasting"
(SRD, Magic Items). The description of scrolls states that they are
"like casting a spell" for the purpose of arcane spell failure,
disruption, and most other magic rules. I'd say that's sufficiently like
casting a spell that you could share it with your sidekick.
Spell trigger items are a bit fuzzier, since they have fewer traits in
common with ordinary spellcasting. However, the descriptions of staffs
and wands specifically refer to "casting a spell from a staff" and
"casting a spell from a wand" in their activation rules (SRD, Magic
Items, Scrolls, Staffs, & Wands). So there's at least some evidence that
this also counts as casting a spell, but I'm not entirely confident
about it.
I can find no similar references in the potion rules, and the Brew
Potion feat suggests that the actual "casting" takes place when you brew
it, not when you drink it, so I don't think you can share a potion
effect with your familiar.

Based on the evidence I could find, I'd say:
Wands and staffs: Probably yes.
Scrolls: Yes.
Potions: No.
Spell-like abilities: No.
