Well, the act is possible. It's sort of mentioned in one of the
Forgotten Realms novels. Rod of 7 parts, I think. The main character,
a halfing, hits on a human women. And I think he reminesces about past
incidents...

I imagine it's up to the world/DM if they have kids. (There are
half-human half dwarves...)

I think if you have Planscape the result is a Taliesin (or is it Tiefling? I
only browsed it) otherwise you may just end up with a dwarf-sized Mongrelman.
