Far as I know, I don't *think* that's possible. And quick web search
didn't turn anything up.

One alternitive might be to read the RGD through groups.google.com
(formerly Deja). It's still beta-ish, and last I checked they didn't
allow you to post from there, but it's still a decent web-interface for
newsgroups.
