You speculate correctly. "Victory" was changed to "Influence"
midway through the design process, but this one slipped
through.

In both the Limited and Unlimited Editions, there are
multiple versions of Friends in Flowers on the common
sheet. One has the typo, the other doesn't. This has
been corrected in the Standard Edition, due out in February.
There are many, many typoed Flowers cards out there. I
would be surprised if they were worth anything.
