STAR TREK QUESTION:'full turn'

Hi there. Before I ask my question, is this the right newsgroup? Does a
Decipher rep peruse this group or another one?

Anyway, when a card that is played on an opponent's card (like Plasma Fire)
does something in "x of your full turns" does it apply to the owner of the
card or the opponent?

Also, when a card goes into the Temporal Rift, does it actually exist during
that time? (i.e. will plasma fire destroy a ship while in the rift?)

Yes, it's OK to post here. This group will be going away soon and the new
group to use is rec.games.trading-cards.misc which is in operation now.
(The Decipher rep reads both groups at present.) You might want to
cross-post to both groups so that threads don't disappear when r.g.d goes
away.
