Healing in Ultima I

Hi,

It can seems stupid to you but i was unable to find a way to rest in
Ultima 1.
Is there one ? I can't see anything on that subject on the manuel...

You can't rest to heal, although <SPACE> passes a move. You can get more
health by transacting with a king (offer pence), leaving a dungeon,
rescuing a princess, and apparently on some versions (I've never tried
this, and just happened to see it on a post here) get health by dropping
gold into the lakes in towns.

You have two options.

1) Pay pence to a ruler in a castle.
or
2) go into a dungeon, kill a few baddies, then exit the dungeon.
