Ultima 5 - Harpsichord!

Can someone please tell me HOW to play the harpsichord in Ultima 5?!
Every hint I've read says the same thing: "sit in the chair in front of
the harpsicord in LB's private chambers and play Stones." I have the
tune, but when I sit in the chair nothing happens. There is no "play"
command so I can't type the numbers. I tried the "Yell" command, but
when I type numbers I get "No effect!". Please help. This is driving
me nuts!
