Well, the first one met with decidedly mixed reviews, so I'm going to
leave that for now. This one is a more specific change, namely of
level and damage for certain spells.
Given that the "explosion / ebolt" combo is the weapon of choice for
killing people, I make the following proposal:
Explosion becomes a 4th level spell with commensurate damage and
resistability. The combo shot can still be done, since OSI doesn't
seem to want to change it, but it will do significantly less damage.
Lightning is bumped up to 5th level, as that circle has no worthwhile
offensive capacity (mind blast being utterly useless).
Blade spirits becomes a 6th level spell. Too easy to cast this now,
given how deadly it is.
Thoughts on this one?

Apparently you did. Go into the wilderness and cast a blade spirit on
yourself. Take out your watch and carefully write down the current
time. Look back at the screen, and you should be dead by now.

Aye, it has always been the easiest and deadliest spell to use on the
tough monsters. But since the last update, it's even more powerful...
monsters fall twice as fast, and even players are in grave danger.
