Wombles - the definative answer!

Yes, I went to the Wombles web-site, and yes, I have spent valuable UO time
researching this subject, and yes.... I have the names....

In case you're in need of a refresher course, let's meet the leading
Wombles. The four youngsters in the original TV series were: fat, lazy
Orinoco, keep-fit fanatic Tomsk, bossy Bungo, and shy, clever but
absent-minded Wellington. Everyone knows Great Uncle Bulgaria, the 325
year-old head of the burrow, who wears a tartan shawl and reads The Times.
Second in command is Tobermory, who runs the Womble workshop and makes
useful things out of the rubbish that the working Wombles collect in their
Tidy Bags. Madame Cholet rules the kitchen, although she isn't really French
at all. There's also Miss Adelaide, the kindergarten teacher who's Got A Lot
Of Knowledge, but only appeared in the books, not the TV series.

The new series also sees a few new characters, including a Peruvian Womble
called Obidas, and so-called 'Spice Girl' Womble, Alderney.
