These are the names of people involved which I received via ICQ

Rohan: [Confused Killa, DSS]
INDOMITABLE: [Bane of Chaos, DSS]
khayman: [Slayer of Innocence, DSS]
Wisper Windman: [DSS]
The Faceless One: [Annihalus Knight, FuQ] (Chaos)
Reza: [Grave Digga, KW]

Unless everything gets resolved to our satifaction, we are seriously
considering prosecuting this, which would require many of these people
to be arrested for questioning. Do the smart thing and just come forward
with info.

Get with runesabre or DD - they may be able to supply you with the log
of her account - which would maybe show the IP address and time of the
person that logged in last - and that info gets you the person from
their ISP when you subpeona them.

From there it's a hop skip and jump to the FBI and your local
authorities.

Maybe the local authorities, the FBI won't get involved on such a minor (as
in low $$$) offense.

Inter-state data hacking is a Federal Offense.

The thing you aren't getting bizbee, is that hacking (they hacked into
her account) is a FEDERAL OFFENSE. Even if all they did was go in and
take off her clothes, it is still punishable by law. We are looking at
two things here. OSI baning the players for doing somehting that osi
considers illegal, and the Federal Gov. arresting these people for doing
a FEDERAL OFFENSE. Just because of the fact that OSI maintains the
account doesnt mean that they are the guilty party.

It's a felony.

And on the internet there aren't any "local authorities".

There would be a local authority, it would most likely involve the authority
at the location of the hacker's computer when the offense was committed.
Being a felony is not enough to involve the FBI, they usually don't get
involved if the dollar amount is under $50K. Things like child porn are an
exception, because of the violence/harm to children. This is not a violent
crime. Now, if they looked at the amount of UO gold involved, you might
have something!

New name to add to the list. Loki (no title or char profile).
Appearantly he is the new owner of the house, since he is the only one
inside, behind locked down crates. He is in there now screaming at
everyone calling them pansys, and he wants money too. I guess he REALLY
wants to die. :)

This is in defense of Reza. He had nothing to do with the hacking of
Solaria's account. He didn't even know what was going on there. This
is what happened...

Some of you may know Shaffna, he was a freind of ours, and we were
talking with him hat night in Skara. He mentioned to us someone was
harrassing him and he managed to get a key to their tower, he was
gathering people to go loot it. Shaff used to be our freind, and we
thought okay, these people deserve it, lets do it.

When we got there, we saw DSS inside, and people outside talking about
hacked accounts, and all that. Reza got there ahead of me, and I dont
beleive he is familar with DSS's reputation or the other parties
involved. All he knows is what Shaffna told him. And he did attack
some people, I dont know if he killed anyone, but he wasn't there very
long. He had left right about the time I got there and heard what was
going on. I stayed around and helped kill the DSS.

We've had to much Reza bashing on this board, and I dont think anyone
wants to start anew. So just take my word that he was not involved
with any hacking of anyones account.

I ill convey this information. I myself have no idea who was involved
but got the list of people from a friend of mine.

Shaffna wasn't allways a bad guy. He has allways been a freind of mine, and
he has just recently fallen in with Cookie and MRA. I dont really like his
choice to join them, but oh well, I'm not his keeper. And like I said, he
told us one thing, and what was actually happening was another. And as soon
as I heard the truth, I turned and defended the tower.

Dundee isn't inolved with Shaffna, he just crossposted my post to the TNO
board.

The FBI has jurisdiction over interstate crimes, which is a heading in
which telecommunications crimes generally fit. I agree that they may
not care because of the small amount of damage involved, but I probably
wouldn't bet either way. Sad story, in any event.

Its is out of the Local authorities jurisdiction...i was getting death
theats over email, I traced it to someone who really didnt like me, called
the locals, they told me to call the FBI, they will treat this as a serious
crime. Very Serious. just get there Ip addresses from osi... If they wont
tell you them, then send the FBI to OSIs door.

Ahh, ok ... pesky cross posts ...

You already woulda made the KaC list anywho ... but you seem to have
found other ways to entertain your time than attacking the SBR-HQ.

I'd be very surprised if the FBI looked into this for more than 2 seconds.
