wierd lag and uotrace

Ok, I seem to get acceptable lag most of the time but sometimes it just
freaks out. I did uo trace and he sent me a message back, but beign computer
dumb i can't see how to fix the problem. Any suggestions?How do i fix
this!!!!!

gaming server, The connection looks clean until you hit
cw-ip-eng-interconnects.WestOrange. and then it jumps up to 5X the ping
times.

well, judging by the traceroute, I would say its above.net strikes again.
You could try a different isp, if that would fix it.

Looks like the problem starts at the peering between above.net and
WestOrange.cw.net. I would try to switch ISP's Since anything that routes
your throught West Orange, NJ has got to be bad new. I'm guessing that this
is West Orange, NJ since the Last Hope before that is NY, NY and West Orange
is right outside of the city.

Anyway try a new ISP Any of the big ones should be fine.
