Honest truth here: I have NO idea what the HECK this person is
saying. Something about releases.

And with an address like "webspawner", it makes you wonder. Is it
digital photos of trout (Angler) spawning at their point of origin
(which is, after all, where they spawn), being released from the
stratosphere (the government has stocked lakes via air-drops), with
xterminators waiting? Should this site be X-Rated?

Looks to me like a warez site. Why? 3 big reasons:
1. The downloads are labeled as disk 1, disk 2, etc.
2. He asks us to click on his "sponsorz".
3. All his "sponsorz" are porn sites.

hmmm... nothing but links to pron sites, and links to the disks of the
game. no tnx, but without at least some discription of the game, let
alone it's own webpage, i think i'll pass
