Ultima 7 very SLOW or FAST (even with Moslo)

Please help me,
I have upgraded my IP 133 to a AMD K6 200.
This upgrade was only possible with a flash-bios update.
Back in the time, when I owned the 133 it was sufficient
to disable the internal and the external cache in order to
play U7 with acceptable speed ( the speed was like on
my old 386/40, not very fast, but great for me). So I did
not need Moslo at this time.
After the upgrade I tried to disable the cache again, but
nothing happened, because the bios enables the cache
again when booting ( that is because the K6 needs a
special cache-writing-method, which was only provided
with the bios-update). I tried Moslo, but this resulted in
unbeareable speed ( too fast gameplay, faster than before;
and too slow graphics like earthquakes, slower than
before), I tested all values. I also tested At-slow, but
this programm doesn´t not reduce any speed for me.
I also have the ( registered) Gamewizard, which has
an excellent slow-maker, for older Ultimas, but U7
does not work with GW.

So please help me!!!!
Are there any alternatives to Moslo?
Is there a way to make GW work with U7 without crashing
it, and is there any value for my K6, which can provide an
acceptable speed for At-slow?

I had the same problem at first. I upgraded to a P-200 MMX, and U7
worked at light speed (From one side of Trinsic to the other in 3 sec).
I tried Mo-Slo at 30%... Graphics were slowed down toooooo muchhhh. I
wanted to get it working like my 486-33 (lets see 33 MHz is about 17% of
200 MHz, right.. works on paper, not on computer). So I tried different
speeds. Failures. Being the U7 fan I am, I tried for hours - no eat, no
sleep. Finally.. I made a boot disk (so I don't go into Win95) with
minimum configuration files (only himem.sys and mouse.com I think) and
put moslo at 50.0%. It worked exactly like my 486. Sometimes the
configuration files make the difference, as moslo MAY conflict with
certain things, including Win95.

--- CLIP a lot...

Don't know if someone already posted this, but did you know that
you can run MOSLO on itself? Try something like

MOSLO /30 MOSLO /30 ULTIMA7.COM

Obviously this doesn't work on all machines, but probably on yours :)

I've done that before, but there is no point in doing it really. My
tests were done by removing moslo from memory before loading it again
(at different %'s).
Typing "exit" removes moslo. If you're in dos mode, then typing exit
might screw things up (computer thinks - do I exit moslo, or dos? -
usually dos first). I screwed up Windows doing that once. Personally, I
would get a computer especially for the older Ultimas (Ophidian has some
386 motherboards..). Heck, a simple 386 costs 40 bucks nowadays
(includes maybe a 100MB HD, 8MB ram, etc..it's enough, install dos,
U1-U7, and you're set). Check NG's that advertise used computers. (yes,
it is a far out idea, but at least it will work!) Actually, SI, and U8
have frame limiters, which allow the game to run at a specific speed. If
only Origin could make a simple patch to add frame limiting to U7! Hey,
same engine as SI..
