Custom Maps in Dedicated Quake Server

I running custom maps and custom patches on a dedicated server and
want to know how to tell the server what maps to use and what order.
So if like you get 50 frags it should automatically go to the next
custom map or after 30 minutes go to the new map.
Please email me if at all possible.
