I am in the process of finishing up a user interface for a chess program
and I wanted to here what features the chess playing community would like
in an "ideal" program.
and I wanted to here what features the chess playing community would like
in an "ideal" program.
I am also looking for variations on chess which I can add to the program,
like Phesant (one side has only 8 pawns, the other 2 knights and one
pawn--quite a challenge to win for either side). What chess variants
would you like to see in a computer program? Respond here on

It should have a modem version which will interface with the internet
chess server. I use E-ICS on the mac for this, but it needs some bug
fixes.
