The funniest thing is the so-called NM Stanley Hardy who supposedly endorses
Steriev's master strength claims - an individual who appears once as a
provisional 1700 and then in the next supplement as a 2200+, never to play
again. The name "Stanley Hardy" should be a give away in itself.

Really? Ljupco/Lupco Steriev is really rated over 2200, his "terrible" play here was to lower his rating to 1300 to win money in that group but he backed down from that because it is immoral. I think he played in the group of few people & won all the games, so that's why, even as a surprise to him, his rating grew exponentially. He did not cheat any system. He is very moral & ethical man.
