Hmm...they didn't name me.

I guess calling her a "child abusing cunt" did not inspire her to file.

Can't imagine why not.

She didn't name me LOL

So let's see: I'm suing Sloan, Polgar, and about half of her defendants, who
are suing her and her husband, while Sloan is suing most of the people on
the list, including the law firm represented by USCF.

Well, if we wanted to knock Bobby Fischer's name off the map when people do
word association with "American Chess" we're ewll on the way.

Susan! I called you a CHILD ABUSING CUNT! You still didn't name me! Maybe
she'll counterclaim in my action.

I haven't been served. I also have no connection whatsoever with Texas
that would give a Texas plaintiff long arm personal jurisdiction. I
believe that the same holds true for Mottershead.

Who's the attorney representing Polgar?

Suing Sloan is like putting a second arm into the tar baby.

They are filing real lawsuits against those with the assets to pay a
judgement.

Imagine that it's because you're insignificant. You're a nobody, filing
frivolous lawsuits against big companies so you might get a bit of
attention.

It's been written several times that no one sues you because you're not
worth the time.

Seek professional help for your narcissistic personality disorder,
Gordon.
