The World Chess Federation, Inc (a competitor to FIDE) has granted
permission to CHESS ASSOCIATION OF INDIA to run WCF sanctioned and
rated events. The WCF is sanctioning the upcoming WCF World Chess
Championship cycle starting Dec 1 at the Riviera Hotel Casino Las Vegas

I have a request from the Interplanetary Chess Association that they be
allowed to run WCF sanctioned events on Mars and Saturn. Can this be
arranged for them??

You are sanctioning your own event?
Sounds like the equivalent of a degree mill, with the accreditor also
running the "college", in many cases. Of course, any outside scrutiny
would ruin the scam that is the Weak Chess Federation.
