Is there anyone here who uses chessgames.com ?

You may know that Cuban founder Alberto A Artidiello passed away on March 1, 2015, aged 56.

His co-founder apparently died a week ago: Daniel Freeman was aged 51. No reason for the death has yet been stated.

Daniel was being heavily overworked and was constantly being bombarded by idiots at the site to ban him, censure him and delete that.

I think Daniel got a bit fed up and found a way out based on faking his own death.

If he did, good luck to him!

I strongly believe he is still alive. These things are much easier to do on the internet, where one's death is announced by a second party and no evidence is needed. Daniel may even come back soon.

I certainly hope you are right, but I doubt it.
The guy I do work for faked his own death but a week later came back and announced he was still alive.
He made a mistake because many people still believe he is dead.
