Anyone know release date or any info on Genius 5? I heard it will be for Dos
and Windows this time.

Richard also intends to bring out a disk version shortly after, but that
will just have Genius5 for Windows and the larger opening book on it -
i.e. no games database.
Date is currently aimed as 'late November' - it was intended mid-Nov,
but has apparently been delayed slightly.
Hiarcs5 will also come out late November.
