CM9K *different* rated game bug

I searched the group for this problem, but did not see anyone having this
particular rated game problem.
On the Player Login screen, there is an option to "View Player" which allows
one to look at your tournament room and ubi.com stats, your rating, etc...
After clicking on "Tournament Room Stats", I click on "vs. Opponent" to see
whom I have played rated games with, and the results of games played against
them.
However, upon exiting and re-entering CM, the info in the "vs. Opponent"
dialogue box changes from legible stats to all kinds of numbers and symbols
in no particular order. My rating stays the same and continues to change
properly, but my opponents and records against them not only change to a
various numbers and symbols, but these numbers and symbols change each time
I exit and enter CM.
I run Windows ME, and have applied the latest patch.
Has anyone else run into this problem and is there a fix?
