New versions of Chess Software imminent?

I hear that the beta version of the next version of Chessbase is out, so
does anyone know any of the following:-

1. Expected release date.
2. Upgrade cost from the previous version.
3. What are the new features:- You can email me if you these should not
be discussed in open conference, though I will respect that an NDA may be
signed and if so will wait to see these upon release.

Also I hear that Genius 5 may soon be released, all my questions as above
apply as well for this product.

If I think I need the new features then I'll be upgrading shortly after
XMAS, providing the products have been released.
