I, speaking only for myself, have had more than enough of Scams crap.
It is well past the time to pull the plug on our communities asshole.
Im going to speak to others about getting him banned for good, not
just from holding any executive position, but from membership too. No
organization that has any sense would do other than remove a member
who kept filing baseless lawsuits against it -- or its officers. The
organization would also sue him out of existence, except that Scam is
bulletproof against writs. All that remains to be discussed is what
is the best way to get the delegates to expel the schmuck. The dossier
puts us 385 pages ahead in what needs to be circulated. A dime gets
you a dollar that after Scams latest attempts at extortion, Herman
could be persuaded to waive his drafting fees. All that had stopped
Sam being found to be a vexatious litigant in his suits against the
fed is that the judge says he is a member. Take away the membership,
take away the problems, then if the fucker attempts to gain entry to
any premises under any pretexts, including accompanying any of his
bastards -- Stand Firm. Not just in Florida. Who can risk it if Scam
carries a gun under that beer gut of his? Know what I mean?

If you want ME to rejoin the USCF, run for its board, and scrutinize
its every move as any member should, thus assuming the role currently
held by Sloan, just *try* banning him as a USCF member. Whoever does
so will not even have to succeed in not letting sleeping Borgs lie.
Keep in mind I had a relatively easy win in my case, but elected not
to travel to file it. I could very easily have done so had I wanted,
and could just as easily resume my activism. The reason I didn't was
that my work was duplicative of Sloan's. If that is no longer the
case, I will heed the call of the wild.
Whether you want Sloan or me as the USCF whistleblower is not up to
me.

I do not know why started this thread but I do almost simultaneously
almost the same thread was started over on the USCF Issues Forum by
tanstaafl a/k/a Herbert Rodney Vaughn on the USCF Issues Forum.
The thread over there is entitled "How much longer will we put up with
him?"
A new reader has probably not realized that ever since the first day
Vaughn started posting on these groups on Saturday June 18, 2005, he
has posted 6092 times and at least 90% of his posts have been about
Sam Sloan and getting rid of him.
Two other things happened at that time. Jun 26 2005 was the date of
the infamous RGCP Grudge Match between Bill Brock and Sam Sloan. The
Games were posted on ICC. The games with analysis are posted on
chessgames.com http://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1352007
This date was also the date of the first posting by the Fake Sam
Sloan, now known to be Paul Truong.
So, three things happened on the same date. The appearance of
tanstaafl, the appearance of The Fake Sam Sloan, and the Sam Sloan vs.
Bill Brock chess match (which Sloan won).
Bill Brock had already been baiting me for over two years. A search
produces a thread dated July 2003 where Bill Brock and Randy Bauer
both say almost word-for-word identical things to what they said today
in 2012, nine years later.
Starting in June 2005, tanstaafl posted daily anonymous attacks on me
on the USCF Issues Forum. These postings were anonymous because
tanstaafl refused to reveal his identity although he was asked by
other posters many times. Had we known that his real name was Herbert
Rodney Vaughn, he would not have been allowed to get away with
registering as a delegate from Ohio at the 2006 USCF Delegates Meeting
in Chicago, when he was not a delegate from Ohio nor did he even live
in Ohio and nobody from Ohio was at the meeting. Nobody noticed him
when he came to the front of the room claiming to be a delegate when
his name was not on the list.
He was allowed to register and then he proceeded to bombard the
delegates meeting with anti-Sam Sloan motions. Vaughn tied up the
entire two day meeting with his motions, some of which passed. That is
where we got the rule that every time I run for election I must reveal
that I was convicted in a child custody case in Virginia.
As soon as I got on the board on August 14, 2006, I made a motion that
anonymous postings to the USCF Issues Forum not be allowed,
specifically citing the fact that tanstaafl was attacking me every day
for more than a year and nobody knew who he was. My motion was
granted. Therefore, tanstaafl was required to identify himself or stop
posting. Therefore, he finally revealed himself to be Herbert Rodney
Vaughn, the same person who had tied up the delegates meeting with
anti-Sam Sloan motions two days before.
Goichberg and Hall then proceeded to make Vaughn a moderator of the
USCF Issues Forum so that Vaughn could not be sanctioned by the
moderators when he made his daily attacks on me. I mentioned these
facts in my letter to Federal Judge Elizabeth LaPorte, during the
sentencing of Gregory Alexander on March 20, 2012. My letter was made
part of the official record of that case. Goichberg and Hall also

Now it is seven years later. Rodney Vaughn and Bill Brock still attack
me almost every day. Nobody knows why they do this. They make the same
charges over and over again, thousands of times, none of which have
been proven. Somebody new to these groups will not realize that what
they are posting are essentially cut and paste jobs. Bill Brock has
been attacking me saying the same things over and over again since
2003. Vaughn a/k/a tanstaalf has been attacking me saying the same
things over and over again daily since June 2005.
Sam Sloan
almost the same thread was started over on the USCF Issues Forum by
tanstaafl a/k/a Herbert Rodney Vaughn on the USCF Issues Forum.
The thread over there is entitled "How much longer will we put up with
him?"
A new reader has probably not realized that ever since the first day
Vaughn started posting on these groups on Saturday June 18, 2005, he
has posted 6092 times and at least 90% of his posts have been about
Sam Sloan and getting rid of him.
Two other things happened at that time. Jun 26 2005 was the date of
the infamous RGCP Grudge Match between Bill Brock and Sam Sloan. The
Games were posted on ICC. The games with analysis are posted on
chessgames.com http://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1352007
This date was also the date of the first posting by the Fake Sam
Sloan, now known to be Paul Truong.
So, three things happened on the same date. The appearance of
tanstaafl, the appearance of The Fake Sam Sloan, and the Sam Sloan vs.
Bill Brock chess match (which Sloan won).
Bill Brock had already been baiting me for over two years. A search
produces a thread dated July 2003 where Bill Brock and Randy Bauer
both say almost word-for-word identical things to what they said today
in 2012, nine years later.
Starting in June 2005, tanstaafl posted daily anonymous attacks on me
on the USCF Issues Forum. These postings were anonymous because
tanstaafl refused to reveal his identity although he was asked by
other posters many times. Had we known that his real name was Herbert
Rodney Vaughn, he would not have been allowed to get away with
registering as a delegate from Ohio at the 2006 USCF Delegates Meeting
in Chicago, when he was not a delegate from Ohio nor did he even live
in Ohio and nobody from Ohio was at the meeting. Nobody noticed him
when he came to the front of the room claiming to be a delegate when
his name was not on the list.
He was allowed to register and then he proceeded to bombard the
delegates meeting with anti-Sam Sloan motions. Vaughn tied up the
entire two day meeting with his motions, some of which passed. That is
where we got the rule that every time I run for election I must reveal
that I was convicted in a child custody case in Virginia.
As soon as I got on the board on August 14, 2006, I made a motion that
anonymous postings to the USCF Issues Forum not be allowed,
specifically citing the fact that tanstaafl was attacking me every day
for more than a year and nobody knew who he was. My motion was
granted. Therefore, tanstaafl was required to identify himself or stop
posting. Therefore, he finally revealed himself to be Herbert Rodney
Vaughn, the same person who had tied up the delegates meeting with
anti-Sam Sloan motions two days before.
Goichberg and Hall then proceeded to make Vaughn a moderator of the
USCF Issues Forum so that Vaughn could not be sanctioned by the
moderators when he made his daily attacks on me. I mentioned these
facts in my letter to Federal Judge Elizabeth LaPorte, during the
sentencing of Gregory Alexander on March 20, 2012. My letter was made
part of the official record of that case. Goichberg and Hall also
