I know a guy who might have an old microchess, though I don't recall that

I wrote an old 6502 program back about 1978. It plays, that's about all I
remember about it.

Something like that ;-) It's also a side business/hobby of mine. You would
be surprised how many legacy 8-bits are still in use by hobbyists.
Just drop by comp.sys.cbm or comp.sys.apple2 ... the volume is surprising.
