I sent them a message you're willing to explain it as soon as you solved
the problems you obviously encountered on your side of the connection.
There was no problem sending them that message, as their server is online
and has been online for the last few days as well. At this moment I see
1071 people online.

I'll pass that on, too, as soon as their server goes offline.

I will. You might have received a notice that the server was down at the
moment to tried to login, but it doesn't mean that the serv er is down
since 10/13.
The playches.com server is not down since October 13, and it's not down
now. At this very moment 1442 players are online.
You asked if the server was down, and claimed promptly that they shouldn't
announce things because their server is down.
In the same message you asked us if the server was down and claimed that
it was down beyond any doubt.
I wonder why you ask if you know so sure.
And I responded that your knowledge was incorrect, as I have logged in at
the server numerous times the last few days.
The Playchess.com server can be down for maintenance for a short time; it
happens to almost every server almost every day. These outages are a
nuisance, but planned, announced and very short.
Oops, now it's 1464 players. Are _you_ in by now?
My suggestion to you CeeBee is to not try to enter the field of hardware and
software support. Quite frankly you are just not good at it.
Thanks

My suggestion to you is that you not start blabbering about Playchess
being offline for days when it clearly isn't offline for days in a row.
My suggestion is that you don't ask for information if you're only
interested in yelling at people and insulting them who try to inform you.
My suggestion is that you stop posting here. Quite frankly you behave like
an asshole, and are quite good at it.
Now now girls.

Trying playchess.com
Connected
Server timeout
Trying schach.de
Server is down
Contact to server broken, 13:40:04
The last time I was on i got a message saying something like
"server being upgraded, games can't be started for 15 minutes". I
closed the program and couldn't get on after that...
So my question is, is the server is actually down or is the trouble
at my end?
Many Thanks
