Are you experienced in playing chess on mobiles?
Which is the strongest programm and which mobile-phone is the best one
to be used for this?

There is no doubt that Chess Genius is the best for a mobile phone
(that I know of)

I have no clue which phone is strongest. The Dell Axim (400 Mhz) and
the Palm Arm (400 Mhz) are the strongest and are nearly identical in
speed with a slight edge to the Palm. My Dell Axim is overcloackable
to 590 Mhz with about another 40-50% boost.
