Well, how about:
pass 1C(Precision) 2C 2H(5+ hearts,8+points)
pass 5NT(GSF) pass 7H
all pass
Opposite HAQxxx and 2+ clubs, 7H has a fine play.
The only problem with this sequence is if respond has longer hearts
missing the queen

5S = asking for trump queen
7H = I have got it!
The main danger in 7H is that responder might hold a dub spade and 5-
only hearts: Qx, AQJxx, xx, xxxx. The play may get awkward on a spade
lead. But this is a specific layout and assumes the opponents find the
most damaging lead. You will have no problems if:
LHO leads a trump
pard has a spade entry to hand or a stiff spade
pard has a diamond entry
pard has 6+ hearts
trumps are 2-2

I would not want to be in 7H if I suspected my opponents might not be

Better still if you have GSF responses which can identify Axxxxx.
Alternatively, if West bids 2H immediately, East can GSF.
It's harder without the overcall.

After 5NT reply , there is room for another ask
using 6C = which normally would be a specific
K-ask, but that question was already answered.
So 6C is asking for "anything else" and NOW
the reply is 7H ( because of the stiff Spade ).

So? Opener has hardly leapt to the five level holding only two keycards
and no trump queen, given he could easily have kept the bidding lower to
explore. A grand slam is clearly in the picture, and since responder has
the asked-for trump queen and a useful spade holding he can just bid it.
Much better than to answer 5NT, and then have partner think for a minute
or two before signing off in 6H. If we don't bid 7H now, we will have a
very hard time justifying it to the committee if we bid it later.

I think the best I could do would be an immediate 5H trump invite over
2H (bid slam with two of AKQ in trump) to get the small slam.
I need a 2-2 break to be in 7H, so that's no go. Otherwise there are
not enough trump to both pull trump and ruff losers.

7H looks long odds to make even against a 4-0 trump break; you just
need to ruff two clubs in dummy

Why? The declarer at our table got a 4-0 break and made thirteen
tricks without a problem. She won the opening Diamond lead in her hand
and ruffed a Club on the table. Led a Heart to her hand, finding out
about the break, ruffed another Club. Played the remaining high Heart
in dummy. Then she played the Ace of Spades and ruffed a Spade, pulled
trymps and claimed.
Five Heart tricks, two Club ruffs in dummy, Ace of Spades and five
Diamonds, even though the Hearts were 4-0 and the Diamonds were 3-1.
She was only in six as were our teammates.
