Playing his methods, I can see that you can bid 1m-1S-1NT-3H and
1m-1S-2m-3H (and probably also 1D-1S-2C-3H if you specifically don't
call that a splinter auction) as 5-5 invitations.
How does one bid a 6-4 invitation, especially if opener didn't rebid
1NT?
