Sorry, messed up in my doodling; the 12-table, my actual interest, is
trivial. For anyone wondering: no, I wouldn't start a game with a 12-
table Bowman, but if you decide to handle your 11.5 tables as a 1.5-
table Appendix Mitchell, a late pair gives you that Bowman, and
where's there's one late pair, there may be a second....
