Been playing Scattergories latley and am getting sick of the 12 sets
of questions. I am obviously far to lazy to make up my own, are there
any add on cards available on the net someplace? A Scattergory home
page I haven't been able to find?

Any help is appreciated.

David

Getting your hands on an old Avalon Hill (or 3M maybe) Facts in Five might
help. It's a similar game that came with deck of cards, each with a number of
possible catagories.

Milton Bradley put out refills for this game. At least they did in 1989, which
is the date on the back of my refill box.

From the box:

SCATTeRGORIeS: Refill #1
144 More Categories... and 6 Answer Pads, Too!

However, unlike the regular Scattergories cards each of these 18 new cards has
a "major subject", with each subject having the categories that relate to it
for you to fill in.

Example: One card might read FOOD at the top. The 12 categories below then
might be "Italian food", "a food you eat raw", "Food you put on other food",
etc.

As they still sell Scattergories (don't they?) you should be able to find a
refill set, or perhaps call MB for details. Barring that, I'm sure you can
find someone with a copy to sell.

And if THAT doesn't work out, you can always just write your own categories.
