A good example several web auction posting "dont's"!

1. Don't list an item without even naming the game... ;-)

2. Don't post to non-marketplace groups like rec.games.board or to
unrelated newsgroups (i.e. rec.games.board.ce is thrilled to learn of
this auction for a game unrelated to Cosmic Encounter.)

3. Don't use "for sale" in the subject line when selling by auction,
try to use flags like "FA:" or even better "Ebay:" if using a web
auction site.

4. Don't forget that buyers might be interested in information about
the condition, reserve price, availability of photos online, and
current/minimum bid for the game.
