Can anyone tell me if there are any good wargame stores in Columbus,
Ohio?
I will be there a few days on travel and am looking for a store that
might carry used/and or new wargames.
Thanks

Couple of game stores here in flatland. In the north, Ravenstone Games (1667
Karl Court, about 1 block east of the intersection of 161 and I-71) has a
modest selection of new & used wargames - this is also where the Columbus Area
Boardgame Society meets, 1st & 3rd Friday of each month. West of there on
North High Street (4256 N. High) is The Soldiery, who also have a modest
selection of new & used games, and who have a daily calendar of events from DBA
through Magic. Over on the west side (3600 Trabue Rd) is The Guardtower - they
used to have a good stock of games, although my recollection is that the last
time I was there it had shrunk alarmingly. In the center of town is Games
People Play (City Center Mall), although they only have new games, no used
stuff - last time I was there they still had a fair selection of Avalon Hill
games. Hope this helps, feel free to email me if I can answer any questions,
and I hope I haven't forgotten any stores ...
