I wish to know if it does exist a FAQ of Avalon Hill's MBT on the net. I
managed only to find an errata and an expansion, but no signs of any
FAQs.
Tnx for your help :-)

Did you check web-grognards? It has links to the following:
Main Battle Tank (AH) - errata, article index, review, web site, variant
(zipped files), rules index (zipped file)
http://www.grognard.com/titlem.html
However, the link to the web site ("battlemission.com") appears to be down.

Yes, I already checked web grognards and I've downloaded all errata and
expansions, but there isn't a FAQ. Yup, sadly the link for Battlemission
is down :-(
tnx for the answer Bruce :-)

Beyond http://grognard.com/ , the only other FAQ that I know of is in The
General Volume 26 Number 3. That issue had four 'MBT' articles as well as an
introduction to 'IDF'.
The Challenge of Modern Combat - An Introduction to MBT
Sorting it out - The MBT Index
The Soviet View - Another look at MBT
Series Replay - Umpired MBT
and Coming Attactions: IDF
The first article is actually an introductory piece on individual vehicles
in the game. Any good Janes guide on modern AFVs can easily give the same
information in individual AFVs. However, the article also talk of basics in
the game, weapons, defence, doctrine, artillery and so forth.
The second article is simply an index.
The third discusses the use of doctrine and Soviet AFVs and how using points
and doctrine, it is possible to overcome a numerically inferior NATO force.
The fourth is, of course, a series replay. I hope you find this useful.
As always, don't forget about archive.org
