Chingas! Routine Check

I'm desperately in search of a boardgame called "Chingas! Routine
Check...". It's a game from Bermuda and I can imagine that there are
only a few thousand of them knocking about in the world, but I'm
really struggling to find it. Does anyone know of a good resource for
finding such obscure, out of print board games?
