Reduces Bases
You have the power of pestilence. Whenever a player establishes a base
in your system, he must lose a token from each of his external bases,
including the one he just established. Tokens lost go to the warp.
History: A species of Vermin carrying a deadly plague wiped out all
life on its homeworld. All who visit suffer the same consequences.
FLARE
Interphase
Wild: Select a system. All players who have at least one base in that
system must lose a token to the warp from each of their bases there.
This is a "Use once and discard" Flare for Ancients.
Infinity
Super: The player establishing a base in your system also loses a
token to the warp from each of his home bases.
PULSAR

Con: You cannot lose a base as a result of Vermin's power. If you
only have one token on an external base, you instead lose a token from
any of your bases where you have more than one token. If this is not
possible, then you must lose a base.
Infinity
Pro: When you establish an external base, all other players who have
at least one base in that system must lose one token to the warp from
each base.

Cosmic Monopoly
When another player’s Monopoly token lands on your property, that
player must reduce one of his properties by one house with no
compensation. In long version, if a player succeeds in challenging
your property, he must reduce all his other properties by one house.
Commentary: This is a resource power from Jack Reda's website. The
power is from the site. Everything else is mine. Certainly an
annoying power, but Vermin is passive. You don't have a direct affect
on challenges. However, players may not look forward to attacking
you. They may attack a Moon in your system instead or not select your
system on Wild Destiny. However, others may just bear it to get rid
of your third home base as quickly as possible. For clarification,
Moons are not affected by Vermin. At least, I didn’t get the
impression it was intended, and I would prefer that way anyway.
