if you play at Backgammonmasters or consider to do so, be careful.
BGMasters does not cashout anymore.
I personaly did win 1000$ in one of those tournaments that happens
twice a week (after a lot of deposits). I wanted to make a cashout but
my cashout was canceled and I did not get any response. Now it seems
they closed my account. I can not log in anymore. In the last four
weeks I send them 5 mails and ask for help. But I never get a responce
except a standard email that says "We received your email, thank you.
Please note, a Customer Care representative will be in touch with you
to assist you within 24 hours."
Also it seems that they closed their 100/800$ table. I wonder why. I
always saw people playing there.
Does anybody have an idea what I can do?
Thanks
Simon
they are soooo many players there for high stakes, i cant believe that they
are all human behind.
btw... the freeroll i played 1 year ago, i often had in first round a player
who didnt move. maybe a bot that didn't work ?

Good Luck next time :)
Hi Simon,
You probably don't have to do too much more, I think you are in the
payout loop.
Several months ago I had a similar cashout problem with BGM. It took a
couple of weeks for customer service to get me cashed but I was able
to cashout. I do not know your situation but I feel confident they
will settle up with you. In fact, I never had a problem with any site
in cashing out. It just takes time everywhere.
One of the key things: Are you from the USA? I am and it complicated
my cashout with BGM. I liked playing at BGM (especially their high
positive equity tourneys) and I just wanted a partial cashout from my
winnings. Unfortunately when they saw my country of origin, they
closed my account completely and cashed out the entire sum. Maybe this
is why your account got closed. Had I known their USA policy, I would
have not cashed out: I would just have continued to play in those
money tourneys. I've known BGM for some time and trust them.
Good luck to you. Please keep us updated.
Hi, thanks for your answer.
I wish I could be so optimistic. I'm not sure if I am in a payout
loop, it seems to me that my winnings did fall in the in the black
payout hole.
My location is Germany, so this might not be the reason.
Five weeks ago I wanted to make a cashout. I get a cashout before, so
I was confident to get the money (after some deposites). Three days
after I made the cashout request I was not able to log in anymore. So
I asked for support. After a while they wrote me this email:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Your request for cashout in the amount of xxx EUR from your
BackgammonMasters.com Account has been cancelled and the funds
returned to your BackgammonMasters.com account.
The reason for the cancellation could be due to one of the following
reasons:
The cashout was cancelled at your request.
You did not meet the requirements for cashing out after receiving a
bonus.
You did not provide the requested documentation necessary for
withdrawal approval.
You did not meet other requirements stated in the terms and
conditions.
For more information about cashing out and current bonus promotions
terms and conditions the following links:
http://www.BackgammonMasters.com/bonusPromotion_web.asp
http://www.BackgammonMasters.com/real_money.html
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Still I am not able to log in to my account. None of the four reasons
they mentioned fits for my case. Also the links do not really help.
So I wrote them an other email and ask for help.
And an other.
And an other.
And an other.
I never get response.
So it seems to me that they simply do not want to answer me.
Any idea what to do?

Send in the Russian repo men! "??? ??????? ????. ?? ???? ?? ???????? ???? ???-??
????????? ? ?????? ???????." ("Hey, what a nice office. Wouldn't it be a pity if
something happened to your server."). Are newsservers 8 bit clean these days?
Good luck,
